KBI’s health insurance plan provides employees and their dependents access to medical, prescription and dental insurance, as well as a limited vision care plan. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the health insurance plan. Employees can choose from a range of plan options from several health insurance carriers to suit their individual and family's needs.
KBI has established a 401(k) Retirement Plan to provide employees the potential for future financial security for retirement. The plan allows eligible employees to defer part of their income on a tax-differed basis into the plan. You are eligible after six months of service and may enroll during any following quarterly enrollment period!
Vacation time off with pay is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. All full-time employees are eligible to earn and use vacation time.
KBI provides paid holiday time off to all employees. In addition to the published holiday schedule, all employees will receive two floating holidays in each calendar year.

KBI provides paid sick/personal leave time off to all full-time employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries and for personal needs that cannot be attended to outside of the scheduled workday.
